摘要：

目的建立康之健洗液的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对处方中苦参、黄柏进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法
(HPLC)测定蛇床子素含量。结果在TLC 色谱中检出苦参、黄柏;蛇床子素进样量在0. 24 ~ 1. 44 g 范围内呈良好的线性关系,r =0.999 0;平均回收率103. 80%,RSD 为0. 37%。结论所建立的方法简便可行,重现性好,可用于康之健洗液质量控制。

Objective To establish the quality standard of Kangzhijian lotion. Methods Radix Sophorae Flavescentis, and Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis were indentified by TLC. The content of osthole was determined by
HPLC. Results Radix Sophorae Flavescentis, and Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis could be detected by TLC. Osthole showed a good linear relationship at 0. 24 ~1. 44 g, r =0. 999 9. The average recovery was 103. 80%, and RSD was 037%. Conclusion The established method is simple, feasible, and reproducible. The established quality standard can be used for the quality control of this lotion.
