目的观测pH3. 8 ~5. 4 精密试纸的变色性能,判断其pH 分辨能力的大小。方法分光光度法测定pH3. 0 ~6. 0 时最大吸收波长处的吸光度,色差计法测定相邻pH 值之间的色差。结果测出该试纸在pH3. 0、3. 5、3. 8、4. 1、4. 4、4. 6、4. 8、5. 1、5. 4、6.0 的色调和相邻pH 值之间的色差。测定不同pH 时溴甲酚绿溶液在443 nm 和616 nm 波长处的吸光度。结论用溴甲酚绿可正确检测pH3. 0 ~6.0 的pH 值。

Objective To observe the photochromic properties of pH3. 8-5. 4 special test paper, so as to determine it’s distinguish ability about pH. Methods UV spectrophotomety was used to determine the absorbance of pH3. 0-6. 0 at max, and chromatism meter was used to determine the chromatism between adjacent pH values. Results The hue and chromatism between adjacent pH values at pH3. 0, 3. 5, 3. 8, 4. 1, 4. 4, 4. 6, 4. 8, 5. 1, 5. 4, 6. 0 of this test paper were determined. The absorbance of bromocresol green solution at 443 nm and 616 nm in different pH were determined. Conclusion Bromocresol green can detect pH3. 0-6. 0 correctly. Key words: |
